This Photograph was the first I ever took. it was with my dads camera in the days of film obviously. I have no idea what kind of camera it was but it preceded instamatics (which certainly weren't instant by todays standards) I would guess about 1965ish. Feel free to critise it, I won't be offended, honestly. Very Happy
BTW that is an Austin Cambridge towing a Sprite Alpine.

it`s obviously very grainy, but avery nostalgic image.... It bring back memories of my own childhood , 1965 that would of made me around 4years old ... I have many B&W pictures of the time and remember my dads camera being a box shape with viewfinder in the top which you had to look down through ..... you`re almost bang on the lefthand vertical intersect of the lower hirizontal for your first ever take.. You Natural You Rolling Eyes

Natural......Hmmmm......sheer fluke I think.
Mind you, if some one had said that back in the day and I thought " yea, I'll be a photographer" I would have been patronised and then told "NO" . "You will not do anything arty apart from technical drawing, and you will do wood work and metal work and play football and cricket, then you will pass your exams and follow your father into engineering". With parents like mine I didn't stand a chance Crying or Very sad But hey, it was an entirely different world back then.
